Electric Smart Glass is made up of two layers of glass with a liquid crystal (LC) interlayer laminated between them. When a low electrical current passes through the LC interlayer, the glass instantly switches from clear to opaque, offering privacy on demand.

All electronics and wiring are completely hidden from view—only the seamless transition is visible. The controller and receiver are typically installed within 9 meters of the glass panel. These components don’t need to be in sight and are often placed in discreet locations such as ceiling voids, floor voids, or at the back of cupboards to maintain a clean and minimal look.
